To create or customize PHYSICAL PRODUCTS such as customized apparel, mugs, and tableware, signs, pillow covers, decals, party décor etc. for PERSONAL and/or SMALL BUSINESS use.
NOTE: This is limited to products with no exiting trademarks relating to the purchased designs . Please reach your text and design trademarks. In the event of a dispute over your product and he trademark holder. RLJDesigns will not be held responsible. As we do not delegate which products the purchaser uses the purchased design on for sale or profit.
Non– Acceptable Usage:
Sub license, resell or rent any images or files
Include designs in any business logos
Claim distribute or sell any files whether as is or modified as your own. This includes giving away for any reason even if FREE
Creating DIGITAL product to sell/ distribute which only consists of the letters/numbers of a font, or a design which closely resembles the deigns elements downloaded/ purchased from us
Allowing end users to customize and print on demand products using fonts/ designs downloaded
