RLJDesigns Policies & Disclaimers

By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to RLJDesigns, its organizers, staff, volunteers, contractors, and representatives.

General Terms

By participating in this event, you agree:

  • You are 21+ and will present valid government ID to consume alcohol.

  • Consume alcohol responsibly. If your ability to drive may be impaired, you will arrange alternate transportation. RLJDesigns reserves the right to stop serving visibly intoxicated attendees. Plan ahead with ride shares, public transit, or a designated driver.

  • Some beverages may run out before the event ends.

  • You grant RLJDesigns the non-exclusive, perpetual right to photograph, film, or record your image, voice, or likeness for any purpose or medium. You release RLJDesigns from any claims related to such use.

  • RLJDesigns is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits.

  • These terms apply to you, your heirs, and your representatives, and are governed by Pennsylvania law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Allegheny County courts or the Western District of Pennsylvania.

  • This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and RLJDesigns. Prior discussions or oral statements not included here are not binding.

  • If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

  • You have had the opportunity to review these terms fully, including with counsel, and agree that no ambiguity favors either party.

Code of Conduct

RLJDesigns is committed to a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible environment. All participants must:

  • Respect others regardless of race, gender, age (21+), sexual orientation, gender identity, genetics, or body size.

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, racist or sexist behavior, or language that causes harm.

  • Treat all attendees, staff, vendors, and artists with courtesy and kindness.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the event and/or bans from future events.

Disclaimer & Indemnification

By participating, you agree to:

  • Accept all risks associated with attending this event, including those caused by RLJDesigns’ negligence.

  • Be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage you may sustain.

  • Hold RLJDesigns harmless from liability for injury or damage to third parties resulting from your participation, including attorney’s fees.

  • Waive, release, and hold RLJDesigns harmless from any claims, demands, or actions related to your attendance, even if caused by RLJDesigns’ negligence.

Acknowledgment of Risks

You acknowledge the risks associated with attending this event, including but not limited to:

  • Intoxication or alcohol-related injuries.

  • Physical injuries, including falls or confrontations, potentially leading to serious harm or death.

  • Risks associated with traveling to or from the event, especially driving after consuming alcohol.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Tickets are refundable only if the event is canceled, in which case you will receive a full refund. Tickets may be transferred to a friend or family member.
